Just 2 days left! After the show in August at The Belasco LA downtown, I got nominated to the Director's Hightlight for RAW Artists Award 2013! Please VOTE ME for the best 3 artists in 2013 ! My White Silent Messenger
Please come visit me at the gallery show on 8/8!"I want to thank you my friend For making me feel worthwhile Please tell me what you like Does that feel nice Give me a sign If you love it I can do it again" Goma in my memory 1995 - 2013, 105 as human age 愛犬が数日前、105歳という長い生涯を終え 日本の実家で天国に旅立ちました。 高校に上がったころからアメリカに発つまで、いつも一緒だったゴマ。 言葉を話さない彼からは、たくさん学び、僕と言う人間に価値を見出させてくれました。人とはちょっと変わっている僕に、ときに聞き手に、ときに厳しく、行く道を教えてくれたように思います。 日が昇り、雲が流れ、また日が沈むまで、 日々静かに時を過ごしてきた彼。最期も眠るように旅立った彼からは、なにより 「安らぎ」 の見つけ方を教えてもらった。 それが、方々彷徨いながらもここにミノミヤビとして辿り着いた意義そのものだと思っています。 そしてミノミヤビとして羽ばたく、鍵になるだろうと ― 。 1か月ほどまえに夢を見ました。彼と晩酌をしていて、肩を叩かれながら「お前なら大丈夫。」と言われたのをはっきり覚えています。 白き守護神、永遠に。 そしてそっちでまた会おうね。 (ミノミヤビ - 2013.07.27)
